Charleston St Patrick's Day Parade

If you are looking for something to do on St Patrick's Day, we suggest you spend the morning with Charleston's Irish community. The day begins with Mass at Saint Patrick's Church at 8 A.M.. The Parade steps off sharply at 10 A.M. from King and Radcliffe Streets and proceeds down King and ends at Broad. The Parade includes floats, antique cars, bagpipers, step dancers and many of Charleston's most prominent Irish citizens. City Hall celebrates at 11:30 A.M. with a flag raising (flag of Ireland) and the singing of the Irish National Anthem.  For more information, please visit:  http://www.stpatrickparade.org/index.htm
